How to Make Air Fryer Steak Tips

Toss the steak with the olive oil until it’s coated. Season it with salt and pepper. I give them a pretty generous sprinkle of salt, which really enhances the flavor.

I’ve been asked why I don’t add the garlic at this stage and if you’re wondering it’s because the garlic has a propensity to burn in the air fryer, giving off a really sharp bitterness and pungent aroma. I always suggest waiting to add it to the end.
