These Air Fryer Short Ribs are marinated in a delicious Korean-style sauce and cooked in less than 25 minutes in the air fryer. They are a short cut for making deliciously flavorful short ribs in less time.
Combine the first 7 ingredients in a large zip top bag or glass bowl.
Place the short ribs into the bag and shake to coat with the sauce. Seal the bag and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Transfer the short ribs to the air fryer basket, removing any bits of garlic that are stuck to them.
Cook on 350°F for about 25 minutes, flipping and basting with the leftover marinade 2-3 times during cooking.
Check internal temperature with a digital thermometer near the end of cooking time. It should read 175°F when done. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Be sure to check the internal temperature of the meat to make sure it’s done before removing.
The meat can sometimes brown or burn quickly, especially if you baste it with the marinade. To avoid burning, rotate the ribs a few times during cooking and keep a close eye on it. If it starts to burn, turn the heat down and continue cooking.
All air fryers have different wattage and may cook at different rates. You may need to adjust the time or temp for the best results.
