This easy Air Fryer Roasted Garlic recipe brings out the sweet and nutty flavors of garlic with a hint of spiciness, all in a spreadable, creamy texture.
Cut the top off of the garlic bulb to expose the cloves inside. Place each bulb onto a piece of tinfoil that’s large enough to draw up over the top of the garlic to form a pouch. Drizzle each with 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Make a pouch of the tinfoil around the garlic.
Put the garlic in the air fryer and cook at 400° F for 30 minutes. The garlic should be tender and soft. If it's not, cook for 5 minutes more and test again.
Let the garlic cool and then squeeze the cloves out.
All air fryers have different wattage and may cook at different rates. You may need to adjust the time or temp for the best results.
