Ingredients
 

  • 1 pound (450 g) pork belly cubed
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 1 onion quartered
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) fish sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 g) chili oil optional
  • Dash Salt and ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Thread the pork belly, zucchini, and onions onto 6” wooden skewers. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, Thai sweet chili sauce, honey, fish sauce and chili oil.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil. Place the pork kebabs in the air fryer basket and spray them with cooking oil. Cook on 380˚F for 6 minutes. Open the basket and baste the skewers with the sauce. Turn them over and baste the other side. Continue cooking for 6 minutes. Baste and turn the skewers again. Continue cooking until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 200˚F, about 15-18 minutes.

All air fryers have different wattage and may cook at different rates. You may need to adjust the time or temp for the best results.
