Pour as many gyoza as you like into a bowl. Drizzle them with olive oil and make sure they are fully coated on all sides.
Spray the air fryer basket lightly with oil.
Add the gyoza to the basket in a single layer.
Air fryer at 350 degrees F (180 C) for 8 minutes if frozen, and 6 minutes if thawed. Turn the gyoza over at the halfway point.
