Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket. Cook on 400° F(205°C) for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
Notes
Cook the potatoes in batches to avoid uneven cooking. Shaking the basket around the halfway point will help cook the potatoes more evenly as well. If you cook more than 2 layers at a time, they won't get as tender and crisp on the outside and may need more time to cook through.
