  • 1 pound (454 g) fingerling potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 g) garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon (0.03 g) dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place the fingerling potatoes in a bowl. Pour on the olive oil and seasonings. Stir with a spoon to coat the potatoes evenly.
  • Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket. Cook on 400° F(205°C) for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.

Notes

  • Cook the potatoes in batches to avoid uneven cooking. Shaking the basket around the halfway point will help cook the potatoes more evenly as well. If you cook more than 2 layers at a time, they won't get as tender and crisp on the outside and may need more time to cook through.
  • Clean the fingerling potatoes thoroughly as you won’t be peeling the potatoes. 
  • This recipe is 100% vegan-friendly. It contains zero dairy or meat products, so everyone in the family can enjoy it.

All air fryers have different wattage and may cook at different rates. You may need to adjust the time or temp for the best results.
