Cut butternut squash in half lengthwise. Use a vegetable peeler to remove the outer skin.
Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and pulp.
Slice and cube the butternut squash into ½” sized pieces.
Spray the squash with cooking spray (or toss with a small amount of olive oil) and season with salt & pepper.
Place the squash in the air fryer and cook at 385°F for 20 minutes, shaking the basket at the halfway mark. Season with additional seasonings as desired.

Notes
Add any type of seasoning you like to the butternut squash. I like Cajun seasoning.
Coat the squash with melted salted butter for a slightly different flavor.
All air fryers have different wattage and may cook at different rates. You may need to adjust the time or temp for the best results.
