1 head broccoli cut into florets (about 1 lb) Extra virgin olive oil spray or 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 teaspoon (1.5 g ) salt 1/2 teaspoon (0.4 g ) garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon (0.3 g ) ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon (0.5 g ) red pepper flakes if desired

Cut the broccoli into florets. Put them to the air fryer basket.
Spray the broccoli with olive oil and sprinkle the seasoning on evenly. Toss the basket to make sure all pieces get seasoned
Air Fry at 380°F (190°C) for 8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Cook longer for softer broccoli.
If you don’t like charred ends, lower the temperature to 370°F (185°C) and cook for 10 minutes.
If you don’t have an olive oil sprayer, put the florets in a bowl and toss with olive oil instead.
Check for doneness by testing the broccoli with a fork – it should be tender and slightly crispy on the edges.
Season the broccoli with your choice of spices, such as smoked paprika, onion powder, ranch powder, lemon juice, or parmesan cheese for added flavor.
