Air Fryer Cubed Butternut Squash 

Air Fryer Cubed Butternut Squash cook quickly in the air fryer and have a slightly crispy exterior and soft silky interior. Serve them with a little Parmesan cheese sprinkled on for the perfect side dish.

Ingredients

– 1 2-3 pounds butternut squash peeled and cubed – cooking spray or olive oil – salt and pepper to taste

Cut butternut squash in half lengthwise. Use a vegetable peeler to remove the outer skin.

Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and pulp.

Spray the squash with cooking spray (or toss with a small amount of olive oil) and season with salt & pepper.

Place the squash in the air fryer and cook at 385°F for 20 minutes. Season with additional seasonings as desired.
