We LOVE This Air Fryer Roasted Garlic!

Roasting garlic  brings out the sweet and nutty flavors of garlic with a hint of spiciness, all in a spreadable, creamy texture.

With an air fryer, you place the food in a tray or basket and hot air rapidly circulates around the food. It can crisp up French fries or roast a whole chicken!

Cut the top off of the garlic bulb and place each bulb onto a piece of tinfoil that’s large enough to form a pouch.

Drizzle each with 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Make a pouch of the tinfoil around the garlic.

Put the garlic in the air fryer and cook at 400° F for 30 minutes.

The garlic should be tender and soft. If it’s not, cook for 5 minutes more and test again.

Let the garlic cool and then squeeze the cloves out.
