Air Fryer Potato Wedges

These air fryer potato wedges are easy to make and the result is a potato with a satisfying crispy exterior and fluffy interior.

Ingredients

1 pound russet potatoes Salt and pepper to taste Cooking oil spray

Wash 1 pound of russet potatoes, cut them into wedges, and season with salt and pepper.

Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil and add the wedges. Spray them evenly with cooking oil.

Air fry at 400°F for 14 minutes, shaking the basket  half way through cooking.

Serve with the dipping sauce of your choice or sprinkle with garlic or seasoning salt.
